I am so happy that I came to Lotus Blossom for my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Hillary and Jeanna. They are both such inspirational teachers and yogis, and I felt so honored to learn from their decades of experience as RPYTs. I live in the East Bay, and so I appreciated the easy schedule of the training that accommodated my commute perfectly. The content they cover is thorough and thoughtful, and I learned so much more than I ever expected. I took the training because I was hopeful to become pregnant and wanted to know how to modify my own practice, but once I started watching Hillary and Jeanna in action with their students, I just completely fell in love with the sacred space Prenatal Yoga Classes provides for practitioners. I would highly recommend this training to anyone considering it!
